The 80s were the MTV generation, and our Program Director DJ Steve Garland was the first Network TV Veejay, so he's got a lot of stuff in his video vault he's sharing with us, along with a curated list of MTV clips, 80s interviews and more! Steve was the San Francisco Rock Radio DJ that was chosen to host the music Video TV Series "San Francisco Hot Rock" for ABC TV. During that time he talked 80s rock stars and caught it all on video. Another one from the land of the weird- Daytime TV host Merv Griffin, who usually had guests like George Burns and Zsa Zsa Gabor, one afternoon had DEVO on his show! Turth be told, Merv was no dummy- he often had suprise musicians that made Grandma tune out, and the kids just home from school tune in. This was one of those times! But...still...weird!

Before Mr. Big, Eric Martin was in an 80s band called the Eric Martin Band, whose 1984 Album featured three singles radio played including "Sucker" and "Don't Stop".
